Ribbon Finance is a protocol that enables users to access crypto structured product for decentralised finance (DeFi) purposes. The protocol combines multiple financial tools such as options, futures and fixed income to provide better strategy and ROI for the risk-return profile. There are two main products in Ribbon Finance: Theta Vault and Theta Vault Yearn. There are currently two strategies used to generate yield through these products: Covered Call and Put Sell. 

RBN is the governance token in Ribbon Finance. It is yet to be released as of January 2022. Its utilities will be to manage the development of the protocol, get feedbacks from the community, align the incentives of Ribbon stakeholders and unite all current and future Ribbon products. RBN will be released on Ethereum network.
