Polkastarters is a protocol that enables decentralised project to raise and exchange capitals quickly and cheaply. This is done through a Fixed Swap Pools. Fixed Swap Pools has plenty of advantages over traditional offerings such as ICOs, IDOs and IEOs. Through Fixed Swap Pools, the token price will be fixed until the initial supply is bought. This protect such projects from rug pulls or extreme volatility that disrupt the progress of the project. In addition, Polkastarters also provide cross-chain swaps, fixed and dynamic swaps, anti-scam features, full KYC model, governance model and permissionless listing. 

POLS is the token used in the Polkastarters protocol. It has two main utilities; as governance token where holders will be able to vote on new proposals, as well as transaction fees. In addition to these two utilities, POLS may also be used for staking to obtain pool rewards, as well as to access high-demand pools. There is a maximum supply of 100 million POLS.
