Prometeus Network is a public and open source network that aims to own their data and monetise them with their consent. Prometeus Network is owned by the people, not by any centralised authority and no single entities control it. Data has been one of the most important elements in the current internet especially social media. However, all these data are owned by a few multibillion dollar companies and they have all the power to use and monetise them with very little control by the people. With Prometeus Network, controls of all these data will be returned to their owner and will be granted freedom of expression to everyone. There are two main products in Prometeus Network: Stoa and Ignite. 

PROM is the utility token in the Prometeus Network and its product. Users stake PROM to become data validators. All the data transactions are also done using PROM as its medium of exchange. PROM is an ERC-20 token with a maximum supply of 20 million tokens.
