Status is an application that combines multiple blockchain-based products. These products include secure messaging app, crypto wallet and Web3 browser. Status messaging app is an open-source, peer-to-peer protocol and end-to-end encryption that protects the messages from any third parties.  Users may also store, send and receive ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens through Status crypto wallet. At the same time, both the messaging app and the crypto wallet are integrated thus allowing users to send between each other within the messaging app. The Status Web3 browser is a private & secure Web3 browser that enables users to access games, marketplace and other dApps. 

SNT is an erc-20 token used within Status app. It has multiple utilities such as network incentives to reward network participants, registering ENS username, participating as seller in the Teller Network, buying stickers from the marketplace, as antispam filter, DAO & governance, dApp curation and acquisition engine. There is no maximum supply of SNT as it uses a Dynamic Ceilling mechanism to protect against volatility from big investors and whales.
